The staff were CHEERFUL, and the bed was spacious. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like Coq D'or, set within 5 minutes walk or so. We loved our big room.

Pool area was a big bonus. Location, a short walk to all attractions.

Hotel was situated walking distance to jain temple. Ernakulam neighbourhood is worth seeing. We greatly enjoyed staying at Presidency: )
